As a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor, Amy has over ten years experience advising landowners on strategic agreements for development and helping them unlock and maximise the value of their land.

Having worked across the planning and development sector, Amy brings a strong understanding of the complexities involved in taking land through the development process. She works closely with landowners to identify opportunities, navigate planning and development considerations and structure agreements that provide a clear route to unlocking value.

At SB Land Partners, Amy leads on the planning and development side of the business, combining technical expertise with a straightforward, commercially focused approach. Her experience allows the company to assess opportunities from both a planning and landowner perspective, ensuring projects are carefully considered from the outset.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys practising yoga, hiking in the Peak District and getting out on the water for stand-up paddle boarding.
