We are a small, family-run land company based in Cheshire. We look for land on the edge of towns and villages that could one day be home to new houses and we work with the people who own it.

Most landowners never find out whether their land has development potential. Planning can feel expensive, slow and uncertain and that puts a lot of people off asking the question. We offer a simpler way forward. We agree a price with you at the start and take on the planning work at our cost. We only buy the land if planning permission is granted.

If it isn't granted, the agreement simply ends and you keep your land. You won't owe us anything.

We'd rather give you an honest "no" now than tie up your land in a deal that's unlikely to succeed. We understand that behind every land deal are people whose lives could be changed and this matters more to us than any single deal.
