Scott is a healthcare professional and property investor who has recently expanded into strategic land. With over fifteen years experience in operating theatres, Scott works across NHS and private hospitals in the North West as part of the anaesthetic team, helping keep patients safe through surgery. It is a career built on calm decision making, meticulous preparation and clear communication under pressure, qualities he brings to every project at SB Land Partners.

While Amy Provides the land and planning experience, Scott contributes a solutions focused mindset and a strong set of transferable skills, making him the driving force behind the company’s projects.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys playing padel, following the snooker and is a future golden retriever owner (the dog just doesn’t know it yet).
